Our Gathering 2027
February 2 - 4, 2027 | The Westin Bayshore, Vancouver
Located at the Westin Bayshore Hotel, Vancouver, British Columbia on the unceded, traditional,
ancestral territories of the Skwxwú7mesh (Squamish), xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam),
and səl̓ílwətaʔɬ (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations.
This year, the event will once again be available to attend both in-person and virtually.
We kindly ask you to complete registration by December 11th, 2026.
Please make sure you receive a confirmation email after completing your registration.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, your registration has not been processed and your spot at Our Gathering is not confirmed.
The Our Gathering team is not responsible for guests who believe they have registered but did not receive a confirmation email.
If you did not receive your confirmation email, please contact events@nautsamawt.com as soon as possible to confirm your registration.
Please note: Your event registration confirmation does not confirm your hotel accommodations. If you requested a hotel room, your accommodation confirmation will be sent separately by the Westin Bayshore by January 18, 2027.
About the Event
Our Gathering, kexwkexwntsútchet, təsq̓əq̓ip ct is an annual event in partnership with the First Nations Leadership Council, Indigenous Services Canada, and Crown-Indigenous Relations and Northern Affairs Canada.
First Nations leaders and administrators across British Columbia are invited to come together at the event with senior departmental officials to engage in dialogue, share knowledge, and collaborate to continue the important work of advancing First Nations interests.
Explore & Learn
Attendees will have the opportunity to explore over
40 exhibitors and participate in a series of plenary
and breakout sessions to:
- Engage on key priorities
- Provide input into policy reform
- Share best practices and lessons learned
- Ask questions and network!
Important Information
This event is by invitation to delegates from all British Columbia First Nations.
In-person attendance
Up to two delegates designated by the First Nation from Chief and Council or Executive Administration are eligible for travel support.
Tribal Councils
One representative is eligible for travel support.
Online attendance
Delegates designated by the First Nation from Chief and Council or Executive Administration may register for virtual attendance.
Self-Funded attendance
Up to two delegates designated by the First Nation from Chief and Council or Executive Administration can attend Our Gathering at their own expense.
All self-funded participants are responsible for their own hotel booking & travel accommodations.
